MESH Projects

MESH provides a collaborative space for students from across the creative arts and communication disciplines at Murdoch University to showcase their work and develop real consulting experience.

Originally established as a Media Showcase, MESH was a site where the best student work from across the School of Media and Communication at Murdoch University could be displayed.

While firmly keeping its roots as a Media Showcase, MESH is now also a fully functioning
‘student consultancy’ that sees students work collaboratively on projects for real clients.
Student projects typically take place within either the Semester 1 (February – June) or
Semester 2 (August – November) timeframe and will usually be defined by learning
content and assessment within each unit.

This opportunity not only gives organisations access to creative student-led thinking, but
it also provides invaluable experience for Murdoch University students to develop their
knowledge and skills by working on real projects that address the needs of real clients.
